Show Up. Shine. Let it go!

I read this recently and it struck home with me -  
"If you’re chasing after positive reviews, demographic trends or a lucrative box office, Gervais said, “you’ve already failed.” But, he added, “if your only ambition is to get something off your chest and render it exactly as you wanted it, then you’re bulletproof.”

It reminded me of a day when others permissions and opinions defined me. subtle insistent moves that made me feel less than more often than not.  I'm enjoying this bulletproof movement  - honoured by Louis CK and Ricky Gervais and the like - they are rendering their art exactly as they want to - no apologies. without permission. makes me a bit dizzy - but here I go. heart racing. 

• I will adopt the "define yourself" movement of artists" - (and yes, comedians are artists). 
• I know what moves me, what inspires me - time to let that shine. 
• I continue to surround myself with people I trust. their words and intentions impeccable, their hearts in the right place. I'll gather up my dearest and deliver. 

I know how lucky I am to be in this place - healthy. supported. loved. rich by most measures. I'm going to take that remarkable headstart and have some unapologetic ridiculous simple fun!  join me :0)
